The range of serves provided includes: coastal and inland wetland delineation, wetland impact assessment, wetland construction and design, lake and pond restoration, habitat assessment and enhancement, vegetation management planning, watershed management planning, water quality monitoring, construction monitoring, environmental permitting and expert witness testimony. REC has extensive experience presenting project plans before local boards and regulatory agencies, including MEPA, DEP, EPA, US Army Corps of Engineers, Mass. Coastal Zone Management, and the Mass. Division of Fisheries and Wildlife. Environmental permits include applications filed under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA), Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Section 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act, the Public Waterfront Act (Chapter 91) as well as local wetland, watershed and floodplain bylaws.
