Permitting provided for the Town of Salisbury and Mass. Department of Conservation and Recreation to construct 3,000 linear foot flood reduction barrier designed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. The project will provide improved flood protection to municipal infrastructure and approximately 135 homes. Permits included MEPA review, MassDEP Wetlands and Water Quality Variance and Chapter 91 Licensing.
