Mary Rimmer, principal and senior wetland scientist founded REC in 1994. Ms. Rimmer holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental conservation from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in environmental studies with a concentration in ecology from Boston University.
Having worked on “both sides of the table” as both a local conservation commission agent and an environmental planner, Ms. Rimmer is in a unique position to offer clients services that expertly navigate the ever changing regulatory requirements, while protecting sensitive resources and achieving project goals in a timely and efficient manner.
